Terms of service

Effective Date: June 2011

By scheduling or using our cleaning service from Tahoe Clean Bee, you agree to the following terms.

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Access to Property

Client must provide safe and timely access to the property including the location of the lockbox , key location key pad location, garage entry and water instructions before the scheduled cleaning time.

Cancellation Policy 

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. late cancellations maybe subject to a cancelation fee of $70.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to charge late fees for unpaid invoices pending more the 2 weeks.

Liability

Tahoe Clean Bee is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are not stored securely.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
